One-2-One® Coaching Sessions

Having a One-2-One session with an Instinctive Golf Coach is the ultimate learning experience.

You can book an introductory session which lasts 90 minutes for £65pp, and then choose one of our coaching packages and commit to a programme of development that will transform your game.

We have coaches throughout Europe. Simply forward your address via the enquiry form on the right and we will match you up with your nearest coach.

Our introductory lesson is broken down into 3 segments:

• Assessment
• Practical
• Review

During the 20 minute assessment your coach will assess the current status of your game, your aspirations for the future, and explain in detail why Instinctive Golf Coaching is so effective. The coach will also gather all the relevant information required to formulate an effective practice session and performance development plan for the future.

The 60 minute practical session will allow you to experience first hand Instinctive Golf’s uniquely simple and effective coaching. You will, possibly for the first time, fully understand how we learn new skills and your role in the process. You will hit shots that you believed were beyond you and discover that you are indeed capable of much much more.

The review process is a vital part of our coaching. It is critical that you leave your Instinctive Golf Coaching experience with a clear understanding as to what to do next. Your coach will ensure that you are fully aware of how you must structure your practice/play time to continue to develop your skills and enjoyment of the game.

Coaching Packages

There are various coaching packages to choose from. At IGC we believe that nothing can be achieved in golf without COMMITMENT and that is exactly what our packages are intended to do. They all require a commitment from player and coach. This is very much a team effort. The journey will be one of exploration and discovery during which time you will develop permanent skills. Not here today gone tomorrow hints and tips. When an instinctive skill is truly learned it can never be forgotten.

4+ SILVER PACKAGE: Cost £240 (estimated duration 6/8 weeks)

The 4+ hour Silver Package will allow pupils to develop and consolidate new skills, and take them from the range to the course. Your coach will advise you on the regularity of each session and how to structure your practice and play between sessions. The plus indicates that all of our coaches are far more committed to you and the development of your game than they are to their watches. Sessions therefore may run over at times, but they will never be cut short.

6+ GOLD PACKAGE: Cost £330 (estimated duration 10/12 weeks)

The 6+ hour Gold Package is for those players who are really serious about reaching their full potential. This package includes a structured development plan but also has the added benefit of including the vital elements of mental and emotional control. What makes Tiger so great is not simply his golf game. The reason Tiger is the World No. 1 is as much down to his incredible mental and emotional strength as it is his shot-making skills. He deals with pressure and poor shots better than anyone, and he accesses his Optimal Performance State more often than his fellow professionals. The 6+ package will give you the tools to manage your game and yourself in a way that will allow you to perform even when your game is not firing on all cylinders.

8+ PLATINUM PACKAGE: Cost £400 (estimated duration 14/16 weeks)

The 8+ Platinum Package is our ultimate coaching programme. It covers every aspect of the game and provides players with a totally unique learning and performance experience. Not only will pupils receive our most comprehensive development plan covering all the physical and mental skills required to play your best golf. It also includes 'on course' training, fitness and dietary advice, gathering and using stats effectively + on-line and telephone support.
